Once your home is listed with the Bordertown Team, the other top agents in the region and more than -------- past clients are immediately notified of its availability. Further, those agents who have historically or recently expressed interest in the type of property you own are specifically targeted. Truly, the Team's wealth of experience in the St. Croix River Valley area plays a significant role in the effectively publicizing and promoting your property.

Here are a few of the ways we market your home:

Open house events: Once your home is listed, we send an e-mail notification to all W.C. & A.N. Miller agents and the other top agents in the Greater Washington Area notifying them of this listing, including a photo and a detailed description of the property. We also notify agents and database contacts of upcoming open house events at the property and advertise these events in the Washington Post and other local publications.

Promotional materials: Two-sided, color brochures featuring professional photography and copy will be created and made available at the property and all five Washington area W.C. & A.N. Miller offices. For unique and distinctive higher-end properties, brochures are distributed to more than 500 Christie's Great Estates offices worldwide and in Christie's auction houses.

Internet exposure/virtual tour: Photographs are used to create a "virtual tour" of the property, giving the prospective buyer the feeling of touring the house. Virtual tours of our listings are featured on www.wcanmiller.com, www.realtor.com, www.homesdatabase.com. Higher-end properties are also featured on www.christiesgreatestates.com.

Direct mail campaigns: To create awareness for recently listed properties, a full-color postcard featuring a photograph and detailed description of the property is mailed to prospective buyers. Postcards are also sent to neighbors after your home has been sold.

Additional advertising and feature stories: When appropriate, we will advertise your property in additional publications such as Washingtonian, Washington Life, Leaves (a W.C. & A.N. Miller publication that goes to nearly 40,000 homes in the DC area) or Christie's Great Estates. Also, when an opportunity presents itself, we will try to get a feature story placed.

Marketing reports: We update our sellers weekly on all activities related to the marketing of your home. This chronological report will include a list of agent showings with client feedback, open house attendance with feedback and advertisement placement details.
